Quality Policy

At Foldeco, Management considers quality to be a strategic pillar to ensure customer satisfaction and the long-term sustainability of the company. We are dedicated to the manufacture of customized profiles and components for furniture, and we understand that quality is based both on the technical conformity of the product and the reliability of the service provided.

To this end, Foldeco’s Management commits to:

• Complying with all applicable requirements related to our products and processes, including customer, legal, regulatory, and internally defined requirements.
• Ensuring product conformity and consistency, guaranteeing that each manufactured piece meets the agreed specifications in terms of dimensions, shapes, finishes, and colors.
• Meeting the agreed delivery deadlines and conditions, as an essential part of service quality and customer trust.
• Applying a process- and risk-based approach, identifying and managing risks and opportunities that may affect the Quality Management System (QMS), product quality, or the continuity of supply and production.
• Continuously improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System through measurable objectives, periodic review of performance indicators, internal audits, analysis of nonconformities, and corrective actions.
• Ensuring the availability of adequate resources and infrastructure, maintaining our facilities, technology, and equipment in conditions that guarantee production stability, repeatability, and efficiency.
• Developing and motivating our team, promoting training, versatility, participation, and a culture of continuous improvement and error prevention.
• Collaborating with suppliers and strategic partners, fostering stable relationships and quality requirements that ensure raw materials and services meet our standards.
• Promoting responsible practices focused on efficient use of materials and energy, and on reducing the environmental impact arising from our activities.

This Policy provides the framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives and is communicated, understood, and implemented at all levels of the organization. Management ensures its ongoing validity through periodic review, guaranteeing that it remains appropriate to Foldeco’s purpose and context.
